The more you play at Jelbet, the more you earn — that's the heart of the VIP program. Across five tiers from Silver to Diamond, you'll unlock higher cashback, faster payments, a personal manager, and much more.
Tier upgrades happen automatically based on your wagering activity
Just like the more time you spend, the more you gain — every ৳1,000 wagered on bets or games earns you 1 VIP point at Jelbet. Whether you're betting on cricket or spinning slots, the points add up the same way.
Moving from Silver to Gold requires 5,000 points. Gold to Platinum takes 20,000. Platinum to Elite takes 75,000. And reaching Diamond requires 2,00,000 points. Once you hit Diamond, as long as you maintain minimum activity at the annual review, your status is secure.
There's no separate VIP application required at Jelbet. Once you hit a points milestone, your tier upgrades automatically the next day and your new benefits kick in immediately. You can always check your current points and next tier in the "VIP Dashboard" section of your account.
What You Get at Each Tier
Once you experience Jelbet's VIP program, it's hard to imagine going anywhere else. That might sound like an exaggeration, but nearly everyone who has reached Platinum or above says exactly the same thing.
One of the biggest frustrations with online betting in Bangladesh is the hassle of withdrawing money — many platforms make you wait 3–7 days. For Jelbet VIP members, that problem is virtually nonexistent. Withdrawals get faster from the Gold tier onward, and from Elite upward, funds reach your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket within 90 seconds.
One of the standout features of the VIP program is how cashback is calculated. Many platforms claim to offer cashback on total bets, but the actual amount ends up being far less. At Jelbet, cashback is calculated on your total net losses for the week — meaning a real portion of what you lost genuinely comes back to you, with no wagering requirements attached. That's a significant difference.
The personal manager benefit deserves a closer look. From Platinum onwards, a dedicated Jelbet representative is assigned to your account — handling bonus confirmations, fast-tracking withdrawal requests, and giving you advance notice of special offers. You get a direct contact number to reach them, which is nothing like standard customer support.
The Diamond tier is a completely different experience. Members who reach this level receive invitations to Jelbet's exclusive online events, can participate in customized competitions, and occasionally receive special gifts. It's not just a betting platform membership — it feels more like being part of a community.

One of the most talked-about perks of Jelbet VIP is access to exclusive high roller tournaments. Every month, separate poker and baccarat tournaments are held for Platinum and above members, with prize pools starting at ৳10,00,000.
There's no separate fee to join VIP tournaments — you simply need to be a VIP member. Invitations are sent via your personal manager or email 48 hours before the tournament begins. Once you've participated, you'll automatically receive an invitation to the next one.
When you think about the long-term value of the VIP program, it's easy to see why it makes sense. Say you average ৳50,000 in bets per week — at Gold tier's 10% cashback, that's up to ৳5,000 back each week. Over a month, that adds up to ৳20,000. That's not a small amount by any measure.
